The weekly rental includes all linen and cleaning before you arrive.  The week runs from Saturday 15:00 to 10:00 the next Saturday.   Power, water and gas for cooking are all included and a clean once a week.   

Rental is payable in advance.

High Season - 1,200 euros per week ( May - Sep )

Mid Season - 1,000 euros per week ( Mar, Apr, Oct )

Low Season - 800 euros per week ( Nov - Feb )

Refundable deposit to be paid in advance for all bookings, in addition to the above rental fees - 1,000 euros

Insurance to cover personal effects not included.
