Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Once availability has been confirmed, the booking will be guaranteed upon receipt of a signed contract from you and initial deposit of 30% of the hire cost.   For bookings less than 90 days before arrival date the entire hire cost is due.

2. Payment should be made via transfer to our bank account.

3.  The balance is due 90 days before arrival.  Failure to transmit the balance by the due date gives us the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

4. A security deposit of 1,000 euros to cover any damages during the stay is due at least 14 days before arrival.  This will  be reimbursed after deduction of payment for any damages at latest 14 days after departure.

5. If you cancel for any reason whatsoever and you do so more than 90 days before the rental is due to begin your initial deposit will be forfeited;  between 90 and 30 days before the rental is due to begin 50% of the rental will be forfeited;  otherwise 100% of the rental will be forfeited.

6. Under no circumstances may the number of persons sleeping in the property exceed 4 adults and 2 children under the age of 18.  

7. The rental period is from Saturday, 15:00 to Saturday, 10:00.   

Arrival time is between 15.00 o'clock and 20.00 o'clock - the exact time to be mutually agreed with us 7 days before your arrival.  Any arrival after 20.00 o'clock may be arranged at a surcharge of 50 Euros.

The latest departure time is 10:00 on Saturday Morning.
