The cottage is situated in the quiet, residential area of Mougins, called les
Colles. It is part of a villa in a small private domaine of 4
houses, situated in a private cul de sac, off avenue de Font Roubert.
There is ample, private parking below the cottage and no passing traffic.
It is 15 minutes walk to the small commercial centre of Mougins, called
Tournamy, which covers most of the necessities - supermarket, bakers,
fishmonger, butcher, hairdressers, international news agent, brasseries,
pharmacy, laundry, fish-monger, video shop, etc.

It is a pleasant, but stiff, walk up the hill to the old
village of Mougins which is very pretty.
It has artists' studios, gorgeous restaurants, antique shops, the
Picasso photographic museum and an old church. You can actually see
the cottage from the old village! |
| There are pleasant walks through countryside along the canal
passing below the cottage or up and over the hill.
Picasso's studio, where he spent his last 13 years at Notre Dame de la
Vie (right) is also within walking distance. |
